Quotes

Quotes are given for the work described and the parts specified. If a further fault is found once work begins, we stop and re-quote before continuing. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and emergency call-outs ahead of yours. We will contact you if a booking needs to move.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial accounts and property management billing can be arranged in advance.

Cancellation

Let us know as early as you can. Cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a call-out charge.

Warranty

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impact, storm damage, or work performed by others after our visit.

Safety

Garage doors store significant energy in their springs. We ask that you keep people, pets and vehicles clear of the door while we are working.
