What we do

We repair, service and install garage doors for homes, condos, workshops and commercial buildings across Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, Kauai, Molokai and Lanai — 162 named service areas in total. Springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers, panels and complete new doors.

Why we build differently for Hawaii

Most garage door hardware is specified for a mainland climate. Here, airborne salt gets into the lift cables first, then the spring steel, then the roller bearings, and a door rated for a decade starts failing in year four. On coastal jobs we default to galvanised springs, stainless fasteners and sealed nylon rollers. It costs slightly more once and considerably less over five years.

How we price

A firm quote for your door before any work begins. Not an hourly meter, not a range, and nothing added at the end. If we open the door up and find a second fault, we stop and re-quote so you decide.

Repair or replace

Most doors are worth repairing. We recommend replacement when the panels are rusted through, when the door is dangerously out of spec, or when the parts genuinely no longer exist — and when we do, you get both numbers side by side.

When we work

The phone is answered 24 hours a day. Emergencies — a door stuck open overnight, a car trapped before a flight, a door hanging off its track — get dispatched rather than booked. Commercial work is routinely scheduled early morning, evening or weekend so it doesn't cost a trading day.
